Voters may request to be placed on a permanent list to receive an absentee ballot for every election. Contact the Clerk if interested.

GAINES TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE ESTABLISHMENT OF EARLY VOTING SITE
To All Qualified Electors in Gaines Township
Notice is hereby given by resolution of the Board of Trustees under authority granted in Public Act 81 of 2023, that the location of the early voting site for all federal and statewide election dates will be the following. A site may also serve as an early voting site for additional election dates if approved by the Board of Trustees.

9255 W. Grand Blanc Rd.
Gaines, MI 48436
All qualified electors in Gaines Township have the right to mark a ballot and deposit the ballot in a tabulator beginning the second Saturday before an election and ending the Sunday before the election, and any additional days prior to the second Saturday before an election that the Board of Trustees designates. Early voting will be available at the early voting site for the following hours:
Saturday July 25 8-4 pm
Sunday July 26 8-4 pm
Monday July 27 8-4 pm
Tuesday July 28 8-4 pm
Wednesday July 29 8-4 pm
Thursday July 30 8-4 pm
Friday July 31 8-4 pm
Saturday Aug 1 8-4 pm
Sunday Aug 2 8-4 pm
